Singing methods and other questions
Which singing method is best?
Simply put, everone is different, and the best singing method or technique is the one that works well for you. Many teachers will claim that their method is the best. As long as the method introduces you to breath and breathing management, tone and resonance, articulation that allows you to be understood without causing tension, and the general principles of good singing, then it’s a good method.
My voice doesn’t work, did I do something wrong? What do I do?
Your voice might stop working for many different reasons, and they can all be fixed. Thinking too much about how you sound as you sing can make you nervous and you may not sound your best. Your voice will not respond well if you are tired; make sure you get enough sleep. If you sang too much the day before, your voice will inevitably get tired. Singing muscles are just like any other muscle. Your singing muscles will need to rest after being used. Emotions can have their affect on your voice as well. If you cry, your vocal cords may swell, which needs to be worked around or remedied somehow.

How confident do you feel in your own capacity for mental strength? Do you believe in coincidence and randomness or are you a believer in fate? We each have our own opinions about this topic, based of course on our own experiences. It has to be said however that even the way in which we experience life, or indeed the events which we encounter, are in fact shaped by our outlook and expectations.
Hence if you believe that certain things happen due to pure coincidence, they will then appear to do so; you will experience the happenings in your life with that expectation and therefore this is what you will see. On the other hand, if your belief is based upon events being a matter of fate, then fateful happenings will seem to come your way.
This begs the question of whether or not these happenings are really “fate” or simply a reflection of the innate power of your own mind. As a very simple demonstration of this phenomenon, can you identify with a situation whereby you would like to buy a new car, or perhaps a particular style of shoe, and suddenly, lo and behold, you just keep seeing exactly that

August is the month when many people take vacations. It is a time to leave our familiar surroundings and immerse ourselves in a different landscape. It is an opportunity to become unplugged from computers, cell phone, televisions, newspapers, and all the outer noises that prevent us from experiencing life in the moment. It is surprising what we can learn when we take the time to stop, look, and listen.
Our two daughters are in their twenties, and for the first time in over four years we recently managed to get away as a family. We went to Cape Cod, an area where I grew up vacationing every summer and after my parents retired there, passed the tradition down to my family. So while in many ways this was a trip down memory lane, it had a different twist this time. In recent years, I have learned the importance of personal retreating, and for the first time on a family trip I managed to include some quality, solitary time as well.
During the stolen moments of quiet walks, journaling, and reflection, I noticed that in addition to my husband and daughters, I had another companion on this journey. The

The law of attraction is everywhere these days, but it’s a bit controversial. Is manifesting your dreams really possible? Many people believe this very strongly, but others claim it has never worked for them.

There are many more reasons for this, but in this article we will be looking at how you can actually make your dreams come true.
What happens to some people is they don’t realize that you have to take action to make things happen. There are always opportunities opening the way to make our dreams come true. Sometimes, though, we are too focused on the whole business of having a dream that we totally miss the open doors.
As an example, take a young woman who wants to travel. She might be trying to manifest a way to get to Europe,
