I think on some level that there are always things about ourselves and our lives that we would like to change. After all, which of us is perfect? For many people, they will decide to try to use affirmations to create these changes in their lives. And the use of an affirmation CAN help to produce changes, even very rapidly. However, you must realize that alone, an affirmation will not effect a great change in your life.
You have to add action into the mix.
Just repeating a certain phrase or affirmative statement will not all of a sudden make you wealthy. And repeating a certain message will not magically melt pounds off of your body. What can and will happen, is that you can begin to change the way that you think about things. You can change your perspective. As a result, you WILL begin to take new actions, ones that are positive and more in line with what you want to experience.
How should you Use Affirmations?
They should become a part of your daily ritual. A more powerful choice would be to use them multiple times throughout the day to get the best effect. This way, you will be giving a constant NEW message for your mind to respond to. Your affirmations should also make you feel excited, passionate and full of energy to get the best results.
Never forget to combine action with your affirmations.
Otherwise you will be missing part of the equation. And when this happens, you will NOT get your desired result, no matter how many times you repeat the same message over and over.
